Eternal Hunger

Ethan and I were traveling through a small town for vacation when one evening, we visited a bar. There, Ethan met an alluring woman named Elena, who captivated him instantly despite my sense of unease. After spending time together, Ethan invited Elena back to our hotel. Late that night, I felt an urge to check on him and discovered his room covered in blood, with Ethan pale and trembling. Elena had vanished. Over the next few days, Ethan's condition worsened—he became pale, unable to eat, and increasingly drawn to blood. He eventually admitted that he was afraid of losing control and begged me to leave, but I refused and decided to help him by offering my own blood. However, he lost control and drained too much, killing me. Realizing what he had done, Ethan was consumed by guilt and shot himself. Moments later, his wound healed, and he awoke as a vampire, cursed to an eternal life of darkness and hunger.
